1. நாங்கள் யார் · Who we are

விழி, ஒளியோன் ஆய்வகம் (சென்னை) வெளியிடும் இலவசக் கருவி. பொதுவில் வெளியிடப்படும் தரவுகளைக் கொண்டு — விமானங்கள், செயற்கைக்கோள்கள், நிலநடுக்கங்கள், பேரிடர் எச்சரிக்கைகள், வானிலை, காற்றின் தரம், விண்வெளி வானிலை — உலகம் முழுவதும் நடப்பவற்றை ஒரே உருண்டையில் காட்டுகிறது. இந்த விதிமுறைகள் தளத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தும் அனைவருக்கும் பொருந்தும்.

விழி · Vizhi ("Vizhi", "the site", at https://vizhi.oliyonresearch.com) is a free tool published by Oliyon Research, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). It brings together openly published data — aircraft positions, satellite orbits, earthquakes, disaster alerts, weather, air quality and space weather — on one globe and map. These Terms of Use apply to everyone who opens the site or uses an account on it.

2. ஏற்பு, வயது · Acceptance and age

முகப்பு, ‘பற்றி’, ‘மூலங்கள்’ போன்ற பக்கங்களைக் கணக்கின்றி யாரும் படிக்கலாம். நேரலை உருண்டை, விண்வெளி, எச்சரிக்கைகள் பதிவு செய்த உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு மட்டும் — இலவசம். கணக்குத் தொடங்க 18 வயது நிறைவடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

1. The home page and the plain pages (About, Sources, Help and these documents) can be read without an account. The live globe, the space view and the alerts are for registered members, free of charge. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. To open an account you must be 18 years of age or older and must accept, as separate statements, these Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice. We record each acceptance with the document version, the date and time, your IP address and your browser's identification string.
3. We do not knowingly open accounts for persons under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will close it and erase its personal data.

3. இலவசச் சேவை · A free service

Vizhi is provided free of charge and without advertising, on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we do not promise that it, or any layer on it, will always be available, complete or up to date. A layer depends on its source: when a source stops answering, that layer shows its last data, marked as old, or nothing.

4. தரவும் உரிமங்களும் · The data and its licences

The data shown on the globe belongs to its sources and comes under their terms, listed on the Sources page — for example, aircraft positions from adsb.lol under the Open Database Licence, earthquakes from the U.S. Geological Survey in the public domain, map data © OpenStreetMap contributors and CARTO, and imagery © Esri and its partners. If you reuse anything you see, follow that source's terms and credit it.
2. Vizhi's own text (its pages, labels and explanations) is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
3. The names "Oliyon", "ஒளியோன்", "Oliyon Vizhi", "ஒளியோன் விழி", the flame mark and the logo are not licensed. You may use the name to credit the source, but not in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work.

5. தகவலுக்காக மட்டுமே · For information only

விழி தகவலுக்காக மட்டுமே. விமானம் ஓட்டவோ, கப்பல் செலுத்தவோ, பயணத் திட்டமிடவோ, உயிர் காக்கும் முடிவுகளுக்கோ இதை நம்ப வேண்டாம். புயல், வெள்ளம், நிலநடுக்கம், ஆழிப்பேரலை பற்றிய முடிவுகளுக்கு இந்திய வானிலை ஆய்வு மையம், தேசிய, மாநிலப் பேரிடர் மேலாண்மை ஆணையங்கள், உள்ளூர் அதிகாரிகள் சொல்வதையே பின்பற்றுங்கள்.

1. Vizhi is for information and interest. It is not a navigation, air-traffic, flight-tracking-for-operations, maritime or emergency-warning service, and must not be relied on for any decision about safety, travel or the protection of life or property.
2. For cyclones, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis and other emergencies, follow the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), the National and State Disaster Management Authorities and local officials. An alert shown on Vizhi may be late, incomplete or already over.
3. Aircraft positions come from volunteers' receivers and can be missing, delayed or wrong; routes come from published schedules and are sometimes out of date. Satellite positions and passes are computed from published orbits and drift over time. Air-quality figures are estimates from atmospheric models, put on India's CPCB scale; they are not measurements from monitoring stations.

6. பிறரை மதித்தல் · Respect for others

விழியில் தெரியும் தரவு பொதுவில் ஒலிபரப்பப்படுவது; ஆனாலும் அதைக் கொண்டு யாரையும் பின்தொடரவோ, மிரட்டவோ, துன்புறுத்தவோ, சட்டத்திற்குப் புறம்பாகக் கண்காணிக்கவோ கூடாது.

The positions on Vizhi are signals that aircraft and agencies broadcast or publish openly. You must still not use the site to stalk, threaten, harass or unlawfully watch any person, to plan or help any crime, or to interfere with any aircraft, vessel, satellite or emergency operation.

7. கணக்குகள் · Accounts

மின்னஞ்சலுக்கு வரும் ஒருமுறைக் குறியீட்டாலோ Google கணக்காலோ உள்நுழைகிறீர்கள்; கடவுச்சொல் இல்லை. ஒரே கணக்கு எல்லா ஒளியோன் ஆய்வகக் கருவிகளிலும் உங்களை அடையாளம் காணும். ஒருவருக்கு ஒரு கணக்கு; பிறர் போல் நடிக்க வேண்டாம்.

1. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with your Google account; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox or Google account secure, and for what is done through your Vizhi account. The Oliyon Research tools share one sign-in, but each tool asks for its own acceptance before it opens an account for you.
2. One person, one account. Your display name must not impersonate another person or organisation, or suggest an official role you do not hold.
3. You can correct your details on your account page, download your data, or close your account at any time (see the Privacy Notice).

8. இடங்களும் அறிக்கைகளும் · Saved places and reports

நீங்கள் சேமிக்கும் இடங்கள் (வீடு உட்பட) உங்களுக்கு மட்டுமே தெரியும். ‘தவறு சொல்லுங்கள்’ வழியாக அனுப்பும் அறிக்கைகளை எங்கள் ஆய்வாளர்கள் பார்ப்பார்கள்; உண்மையானவற்றை மட்டும் அனுப்புங்கள்.

1. The places you save, including your home, are private to you; we use your home only to work out satellite passes over it.
2. A report you send ("Report a problem") is read by our reviewers, who may fix what it points to, decline it, or answer you. Send only what you honestly believe; do not put other people's personal details in a report.

9. தடை செய்யப்பட்டவை · What you must not do

தளத்தையோ அதன் தரவையோ தானியங்கியாக அளவுக்கு மீறி இறக்கக் கூடாது; பாதுகாப்பைத் தாண்டவோ பிறர் கணக்கில் நுழையவோ முயலக் கூடாது. அவதூறு, வெறுப்புப் பேச்சு, ஆள்மாறாட்டம், தெரிந்தே பொய்த் தகவல், தீங்கிழைக்கும் நிரல், ஸ்பேம் ஆகியவை தடை.

You must not use the site to send, publish or share anything (including in a report or a complaint) that:

1. is defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or insulting or harassing on the basis of gender;
2. promotes enmity or hatred between groups on grounds of religion, race, caste, community, language or place of birth, or incites violence;
3. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other countries or public order;
4. is harmful to a child;
5. you know to be false or misleading;
6. impersonates another person;
7. contains software viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of a computer resource; or
8. violates any law for the time being in force in India.

You must also not copy the site's live data in bulk or by automated means (go to the sources listed on the Sources page instead, under their terms), get around the sign-in or another person's account, probe or overload the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

10. புகார்களும் நீக்கமும் · Complaints and takedown

எந்தப் பக்கம் பற்றியும் புகார் படிவத்தில் புகார் தரலாம். 24 மணி நேரத்தில் ஒப்புகை, 15 நாட்களுக்குள் முடிவு.

1. Anyone may complain about anything on the site through the complaint form or by writing to the Grievance Officer: குறைதீர் அலுவலர் · Grievance Officer, Oliyon Vizhi, connect@oliyon.in.
2. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and decide it within 15 days, with reasons. Where the law sets a shorter time for a particular kind of complaint, we follow that time.
3. We may hide an item while a complaint is examined, and will act on orders of a court or of an authorised government agency as the law requires.

11. கணக்கு நிறுத்தம் · Suspension and closure

விதிகளை மீறும் கணக்குகளை நிறுத்தலாம். நீங்கள் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் உங்கள் கணக்கை மூடலாம்.

We may warn, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with or without notice where the breach is serious, and will tell the account holder why unless the law prevents it. You may close your account at any time from your account page.

12. பொறுப்புத் துறப்பு · Disclaimer and limitation of liability

தளம் "உள்ளபடியே" வழங்கப்படுகிறது. சட்டம் அனுமதிக்கும் அளவுக்கு, தளத்தையோ அதன் தரவையோ நம்பியதால் ஏற்படும் இழப்புகளுக்கு நாங்களோ தரவு மூலங்களோ பொறுப்பல்ல.

1. The site and its data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Oliyon Research, its reviewers nor the providers of the data are liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

13. ஈடுசெய்தல் · Responsibility for your own breach

நீங்கள் இந்த விதிகளை மீறியதால் எங்களுக்கு எதிராக வழக்கு வந்தால், அதற்கான நியாயமான செலவை நீங்கள் ஏற்க வேண்டும்.

If a claim is made against us because of your breach of these terms or of someone else's rights, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, to the extent the breach was caused by you.

14. மாற்றங்கள் · Changes to these terms

விதிமுறைகள் மாறினால் பதிப்பு எண் மாறும்; கணக்கு உள்ளவர்கள் அடுத்த முறை புதிய பதிப்பை ஏற்க வேண்டும்.

When these terms change, the version number above changes. Account holders are asked to accept the new version before they continue to use their account; readers are bound by the version in force when they use the site. Earlier versions are kept on record and are available on request.

15. சட்டமும் நீதிமன்றமும் · Governing law

இந்த விதிமுறைகள் இந்தியச் சட்டத்திற்கு உட்பட்டவை; சென்னை நீதிமன்றங்களுக்கே அதிகார வரம்பு.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the complaint procedure above, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction.
